This privacy statement outlines the information that Grands Crus collects on the Site and/or the information gathered when placing an order or making a reservation in person, as well as how Grands Crus uses this data. This policy is part of our general terms and conditions and applies to all users of the Site, whether they confirm an order or not.

Grands Crus understands the concerns of users regarding privacy. This is why we systematically process all personal data in the strictest compliance with this privacy policy and the Belgian law on privacy protection[1]. Grands Crus cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the erroneous or abusive use of personal data by a third party.
Grands Crus also ensures that its employees have access to personal data only when necessary for the performance of their tasks or to provide the service.

We only provide information to third parties if it is necessary for the performance of the services you have requested. Grands Crus will not retain your personal data for longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement. We will store your personal data longer if required by law. Grands Crus may delete most of your personal data two years after your order is placed. We use this two-year period for administrative reasons and to handle any potential questions or complaints regarding your order, whether from you or third parties. We store personal data that we use for reporting, analysis, and fraud prevention for up to 20 years after your last order. We are unable to remove your personal data that is present in backups. However, when we perform a backup restoration, we will promptly delete the personal data. We do not retain any credit card or bank card data.

You can exercise the following rights by contacting us by mail, provided you include a copy of your ID card. All requests will be processed within the legal timeframe and are free of charge, except for unfounded or excessive requests, which may be charged or refused.
